The AI Customer Risk Indicator helps sales and credit-control users assess a customer before confirming a Sales Order or Direct Sales Invoice.
After selecting a customer, the indicator displays the overall risk level:
- Low: Acceptable payment history and credit exposure.
- Moderate: Some overdue balances or approaching the credit limit.
- High: Significant payment or credit concerns requiring review.
- No Data: Insufficient payment history for an assessment.
Click the indicator to view:
- Payment Reliability: On-time, late, partially paid, and unpaid invoices.
- Current Credit Exposure: Receivables, overdue invoices, open orders, uninvoiced deliveries, and the current transaction.
- Physical Return Activity: Customer returns recorded during the evaluation period.
For cash invoices, the current invoice is displayed but is not added to credit exposure.
The indicator supports decision-making and does not replace the organisation’s credit-approval policies.
