# Tickets and Tasks

The **Tickets and Tasks** module manages internal requests and employee work assignments. Users can create tickets or tasks, assign them to a user or role, set schedules, and track progress through configurable statuses.

Each item maintains a complete history of assignments, status changes, comments, resolutions, and due-date updates. Attachments, reminders, email notifications, and controlled sharing support collaboration. Personal work views and management reports provide filters for monitoring pending, completed, and overdue work.
